Refund Policy
You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 2 – 4 weeks of the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the event will not be refunded, but may be transferred.
Local Government Guidelines
By confirming your attendance, you agree to abide by local government guidelines, as determined by the Government of Bermuda, the Bermuda Captive Network and the Hamilton Princess. Should local conditions or travel guidelines change, the Bermuda Captive Network reserves the right to modify or cancel this event at any time. In this instance, all attendees will receive either a partial or full refund on their registration fee at the conclusion of the event.
